With 59 years of personal experience around death and grief, my journey began at just six years old when I lost my Uncle Paul. This early encounter sparked a lifelong curiosity about death and the grieving process. As the daughter of a minister, I often accompanied my father to comfort bereaved families, developing a

deep connection to those navigating loss.

Throughout my life, I’ve experienced profound losses that shaped my path—such as a helicopter that crashed near my school, 24 people died, losing my best friend Michele to a tragic murder, and narrowly missing a flight that later crashed with no survivors. It was the dreams and aspirations Michele and I once shared that ultimately inspired me to become a grief coach, helping others find meaning amidst loss.

In this program, I’ll guide you through your unique grief journey. Together, we’ll rediscover who you are, reintroduce joy into your life, and create ways to honor your loved one. You don’t have to walk this path alone—I’ll help you move forward with clarity, healing, and purpose.

Our work will provide clarity, emotional relief, and the reassurance that what you’re feeling is normal. You’ll gain the tools and support needed to move forward, knowing you’re not alone and that others truly understand what you’re going through.

Rediscover Yourself and Move Forward with Confidence

  • Understand what identity is and how it affects our actions and feelings.

  • Self-assess your strengths and weaknesses.

  • Identify your core values and boundaries that will shape your new identity.

DESCRIPTION

Losing a loved one can leave you feeling disconnected from who you are. In this module, you’ll explore and define your new role in life, gaining the clarity and direction needed to move forward.

By the end, you’ll feel more confident in tackling tasks and decisions that once felt uncertain, empowering you to rebuild your life with purpose and a renewed sense of self.

  • Understand the benefits of self-care in the grieving process.

  • Explore a range of ways to enhance your self-care routine.

  • Create a roadmap of activities to help you on this journey.

DESCRIPTION

Losing someone close can make everything else feel unimportant—but your well-being still matters. In this process, you’ll discover how intentional self-care can support your healing.

By taking small but meaningful steps, you’ll regain energy and feel more equipped to face each day with renewed strength, making space for both your grief and personal growth.

MODULE FOUR

Reignite Your Dreams and Create New Joy

OUTCOME

  • Explore ways you can honor your partner by fulfilling dreams you made together.

  • Identify the 3 most important dreams or plans you discussed.

  • Create a plan to fulfill those dreams and more!

DESCRIPTION

It may feel like your dreams and shared plans ended with your loved one—but they don’t have to. By embracing the love you shared, you can still pursue those trips, experiences, and events in ways that honor their memory.

As you take these steps, you’ll rediscover joy and excitement, filling your heart with purpose once again. Together, we’ll ensure that your journey forward not only fulfills past dreams but opens the door to new ones.

By the end of this program, you will have rediscovered a new sense of purpose, inner peace, and clarity about your future, while honoring and keeping your partner in your heart, stronger than ever.
